Booking
Your booking is confirmed once it has been agreed in writing by both parties.
For larger projects, a deposit may be requested.

Prices & Payment
All prices are in DKK and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
An invoice is sent after the assignment and is payable within 8 days.
Late payments may incur reminder fees and interest in accordance with Danish law.

The Assignment
Details such as type of photography, duration, number of images, and delivery are agreed at the time of booking.
Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be billed separately.

Delivery
Images are delivered digitally via download link or another agreed method.
Standard delivery time is up to 14 days after the shoot, unless otherwise agreed.

Copyright & Usage
The photographer retains the copyright to all images.
You are granted the right to use the images for the agreed purpose.
Images may not be resold, transferred, or used beyond the agreed scope without written permission.

Portfolio & Marketing Use
Unless otherwise agreed, Carsten Mol Photography may use selected images for portfolio and marketing purposes (website, social media, etc.).

Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made in writing.
Cancellations less than 48 hours before the shoot may be subject to a fee.
In case of illness or force majeure, we will do our best to reschedule.

Liability
Carsten Mol Photography is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather, technical issues, third parties).
Any liability is limited to the amount paid for the assignment.

Personal Data (GDPR)
All personal data is handled confidentially and used only in connection with the assignment.
Images and data are stored securely and not shared without consent.
